| Sunday Adult Bible Study Classes Keep On Keeping On - A Study of Hebrews
Jesus Christ was better than all of the religious leaders and practices that preceded Him. Hebrews looks at the leaders and practices of Israel in the Old Testament and proclaims that Christ is BETTER. Christ is also better than everything you experienced before you accepted Him. Christ is better than whatever people are tempted to substitute for Him. Have you ever been tempted to go back to a less sacrificial form of religious practice? Have you ever been tempted to avoid the risks of living like a committed Christian in a post Christian era? The message of Hebrews is to “keep on keeping on.” Don’t slide back! Don’t quit! Sunday, September 5th AWC will be having a one worship service on Sunday at 10:30 am. There will be no children's programs or Adult Bible classes. Nusery available for infants- 2 years.

Saturday, Sept. 11 Classics, join us for a trip to the Windmill Farm and Craft Market in Penn Yan, NY. We will meet at AWC at 9:30 am to carpool. Bring a picnic lunch or buy lunch there. (Classics~ A ministry for those 50+) | | |
